Stop. Look. Feel. These three words have been the foundation for my photography approach. It's sort of like a mantra, to centre my mind.  It triggers the awakening of my curiosity and engages me to look at something as if I'm seeing it for the first time.

Photography takes me out of my head and into the moment. Experiencing presence this way invokes a flow state where creativity intersects with feelings, giving rise to what is called mindful photography.

The kind of works that inspire me the most are simple everyday things shown in a fresh perspective, so I try to emulate that in my pictures. Seeing things freshly is an incredibly joyful experience and a great healer for the heart.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope the photos here will inspire you to celebrate the beauty of the simple moments.
